Feedback from January's Conversation
Why did
you enjoy it?
Met
cool people, learned some stuff.
The depth of conversation was unexpected plus the quality of the participants and some similarity at a basic level of some of the questions
The occasion. I was personally invited
The questions. Curiosity. Genuine interest of the partners. Safe structure.
A chance to go from small talk to deep talk.
Surprised and pleased at the structure around questions.
Great people .. uncommon enquiry.
The three minute switches were good. That way it never got awkward/ stagnant.
The process of introspection, something which I have had little time to do recently.
It’s totally in the spirit of Roger.

An interesting question you heard, thought of, or asked
How many dollars would I
spend in 15 years to be back today ( perhaps to do it differently.)
If I could have exactly what I wanted right now-- what would it be?
What is the core of your endeavour?
How will I know when I’ve made it?
Is it your problem? Why?
How can I leverage my time to do what matters most to me?
What is the first step, the thing you need to do tomorrow , that will start you in the direction you want to go?
What reality are you creating?
What question would you want Roger to ask you?
How do your everyday actions reflect you and your passion for life?

How could you use ideas from this session?
To help me in my life.
To trigger reflection in my daily life.
To continue to ask the questions internally.

Would you like to have another session like this? Why or why not?
It is an interesting way
to get to know people, Also doing it repeatedly would let you follow
your problem and progress. My next questions would be better.
Great way to meet people.
Yes. Who knows who you’ll will meet, what you will learn and what new questions you will hear.
Yes. Three minutes was okay for me. and 1.5 to 2 hours is good.
Absolutely. Society needs this.
Yes. Roger was all about probing questions and connections, which are often lacking today.

What did you learn about yourself /others?
Many people
grapple with my questions on a conceptual level.
We are all broken people.
We tend to have similar issues , know what we want, need some courage
to do it.
Reaffirms that everyone has depth and yearning for meaningful change.
My passion-- nurturing people.
The power of presence.
That there is a shared aspiration for the transformation of culture.
I am not good at reflecting but loved to opportunity to do so.

What was new for you in this?
Who knew depth could
happen in a pub?
The occasion.
Interesting that my questions were all variation on each other.
Cool innovative way to answer questions and self reflect.
Diving right in.
Connecting to incredible spirits ( the way Roger was.)
Collaborating with new people on questions about life and business who have no prior knowledge of my perspectives and goals.
